Our Journey
Trainova was founded in 2021 by fitness coach Adeel Khan and sports nutritionist Dr. Sana Raza to address Pakistan’s growing demand for professional, holistic wellness solutions. Traditional gyms often lack individualized attention, standardized programming, and evidence-based nutritional guidance—leading to plateaus and frustration.
